Kung Fu is composed of many different styles, each with its unique techniques and characteristics. Some of the most popular styles include Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Xing Yi, Bagua, and many others. Each style has its own forms, training methods, and philosophies.

In addition to self-defense and combat skills, Kung Fu has many benefits, including physical fitness, stress relief, and improved mental clarity. Kung Fu training also emphasizes respect for tradition and culture, and the development of character traits such as discipline, humility, and perseverance.

San Da Of Self Defense

San Da, is a modern Chinese combat sport that combines elements of traditional Chinese martial arts with full-contact fighting rules similar to those used in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Boxing. It originated in the Chinese military as a form of combat training, and it has since evolved into a popular sport practiced in China and around the world.
San Da is a versatile and dynamic martial art that emphasizes practical techniques for self-defense and competition. It incorporates a range of strikes, kicks, throws, and grappling techniques, as well as footwork, timing, and strategy. San Da fighters wear protective gear, including gloves, headgear, shin guards, and chest protectors, and they compete in a ring or on a mat.
In competition, San Da fighters are scored based on the effectiveness of their strikes and techniques, as well as their ability to defend and counterattack. Points are awarded for clean and powerful strikes, takedowns, and throws, and fights can be won by knockout, technical knockout, or decision.
