KungFu Panda

The Kung Fu Panda class is an enrichment program where we aim to spark children's interest in physical activity and foster a passion for martial arts. In this course, we use characters from Kung Fu Panda to craft simple and enjoyable Kung Fu games and challenges for the children. Furthermore, we integrate training for various physical attributes represented by the characters in the movie into the curriculum.

San Da Level

Youth Self-defense

We use Chinese Sanda as our training curriculum, aiming to develop various physical qualities and fitness in children while fostering a sense of self-defense and independent judgment from a young age. We integrate the practical aspects of Sanda and real-life self-defense in our training, allowing each student to build a robust physique and a composed mindset.

SanDa Sparring Monday: 6:45-7:45PM


Adult TaiChi

Tai Chi, originating from China, is a traditional martial art widely recognized as a form of health-promoting exercise. Emphasizing the principles of yielding to overcome force and using stillness to control movement, Tai Chi involves slow and flowing movements that integrate breath, motion, and mental focus. The practice aims to achieve harmony of body and mind, promoting overall well-being and robust health.


Youth WuShu

Chinese Kung Fu, also known as Wushu, is a traditional Chinese martial art that has a long history and rich cultural heritage. It is a comprehensive system of fighting techniques that includes various forms of unarmed combat, weapon fighting, and self-defense techniques. Kung Fu emphasizes the cultivation of strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and coordination, as well as mental discipline, focus, and inner peace.

Intermediate Tuesday: 6:30-8:00PM
Saturday: 3:00-4:00PM Sunday: 2:00-3:20PM

Advanced Saturday: 4:10-5:40PM


Adult KungFu

Our adult Kung Fu course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive martial arts experience, seamlessly blending traditional martial art techniques, modern fitness principles, and the philosophy of holistic well-being. Under the guidance of seasoned instructors, you will delve into the profound essence of martial arts, achieving a holistic enhancement of both body and mind.
